Junior Consultant (f/m) Support Analyst with German-OneTrust

• Processing user questions about the OneTrust data protection management system tool;
• Answering questions about the tool from users and solving first-level problems and faults in the tool by telephone, email and ticketing system;
• Checking and creating new users for the tool;
• Checking, updating and correcting specific data in the tool;
• Analysis, categorization and prioritization of user requests;
• Documentation of processed user requests;
• Regular reporting of processed user requests to selected contact persons from the client.

• Fluency in written and spoken German and English;
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers as well as a solution-oriented, proactive way of working;
• Experience in dealing with OneTrust desirable;
• Affinity for topics related to data protection and data security;
• High degree of personal responsibility, organizational skills and reliability.
